Refund Policy

Course Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund (100%)
Available if you request a refund within 48 hours of enrollment AND before the first live class begins.
Partial Refund (50%)
Available if you request a refund within the first week of the course, having attended no more than 2 live sessions.
No Refund
After the first week of the course or if you have attended more than 2 live sessions.
Library Subscription Refunds
The Continuous Learning Library subscription at ₹149/month is non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to refunds-devsec@satyendra.in
- Include your full name and enrollment details
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from completing the course, please reach out to us at support-devsec@satyendra.in. We review such cases on an individual basis.
